• Lavender Essential Oil

Directions

1. Mix equal parts Bentonite Clay and Apple Cider Vinegar into a creamy paste. (Use a glass or wooden spoon and bowl!)
2. Add 1-3 drops of Lavender Oil.
3. Apply all over your face (except around eyes and mouth).
4. Let dry: 15-20 minutes for normal skin / 5-10 minutes for sensitive skin.

DIY Detoxifying Clay Bath Soak

Ingredients

• ½ cup Bentonite Clay
• ½ cup Epsom salts
• Essential Oil of your choice

Directions

1. Dissolve Epsom salts and 3 drops of essential oil in bath water as the tub is filling up.
2. Using a non-metal bowl and spoon, mix Bentonite Clay with warm water until smooth.
3. Gradually pour the mixture into your bath.
